This End User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs access to and use of the Auric platform and related services. This This Agreement is entered into by and between Auric Apps LLC, d/b/a Auric Apps, a Texas limited liability company (“Auric,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual or entity accessing or using the Services (“User,” “you,” or “your”).
This Agreement is intended to function as, and shall be legally binding as, both an End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and a Terms of Service (“ToS”) governing access to and use of the Services. This Agreement constitutes a single, unified contract between you and Auric Apps LLC, d/b/a Auric Apps and governs all licensing, access, use, and related obligations associated with the Services, regardless of how the Services are accessed or described.
By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
“Services” means all software, platforms, applications, tools, APIs, dashboards, analytics, attribution models, data ingestion services, tracking, reporting, AI-generated insights, identity resolution, enrichment features, messaging tools, and related offerings made available by Auric, including those accessible via:

“Auric” may be referred to interchangeably as Auric Apps, Auric Cloud, Auric Signals, Auric Insights, or similar branding references, all of which refer to the Services operated by Auric Apps LLC, d/b/a Auric Apps.
“User Data” means any data, content, or information submitted to, collected by, or processed through the Services by or on behalf of a User.
You may use the Services as an individual or on behalf of an entity. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that all users, employees, contractors, or agents accessing the Services under your account comply with this Agreement.
Auric may offer accounts on a trial, beta, complimentary, paid, usage-based, or invoiced enterprise basis, at Auric’s sole discretion. Auric reserves the right to modify, suspend, convert, or terminate any account type at any time.
Auric does not guarantee continued availability of any feature, pricing structure, or account classification.
You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes. You shall not:
Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Services
Use the Services in violation of applicable laws, including privacy, data protection, or communications regulations
Auric reserves the right to investigate and take action against any misuse of the Services.
Auric acts as a data processor with respect to User Data processed on your behalf.
You represent and warrant that:
You have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to collect, upload, and process User Data
Any personal data provided complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws
You are responsible for obtaining required consents from your end users or customers
Auric is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or provenance of User Data submitted to the Services.
The Services may include analytics, attribution modeling, identity resolution, enrichment, predictive insights, and AI-generated summaries.
All outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Auric makes no representations regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for decision-making.
You acknowledge that:
Attribution models are probabilistic and not definitive
AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions
You remain solely responsible for business decisions and outcomes
Paid Services may be offered under various pricing models, including subscription, usage-based, or invoiced arrangements.
Except where required by applicable law and as expressly set out in our Refund Policy, all fees are non-refundable. Auric reserves the right to modify pricing or payment terms upon notice.
Subscriptions. Certain Services may be purchased on a subscription basis (“Paid Subscriptions”). Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Auric will notify you if the price of a Paid Subscription increases and, where required by applicable law, seek your consent to continue.
Renewal charges are processed between 00:00 and 01:00 (UTC) on the day the Paid Subscription period renews. To cancel a Paid Subscription, contact https://support.auriccloud.com/support at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period and include your order number and purchase email address. Cancellation takes effect on the next payment date.
Certain Paid Subscriptions may include a free trial. If you do not want to be charged, you must cancel before the trial period expires. If a renewal charge cannot be processed (including card expiration or insufficient funds) and you have not cancelled, you remain responsible for uncollected amounts, and Auric may suspend or cancel the Paid Subscription.
Your purchase and use of the Services is also governed by our Refund Policy.
Auric may immediately suspend or terminate access to the Services, without notice or refund, if Auric determines that you have:
Violated this Agreement
Engaged in abusive, illegal, or harmful activity
Posed a security, compliance, or reputational risk
Upon termination:
Access to the Services will cease immediately
All User Data may be permanently deleted without recovery
Auric shall have no obligation to retain or export data
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
AURIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AURIC DOES NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AURIC’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AURIC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auric Apps LLC, d/b/a Auric Apps, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of this Agreement
Your User Data or business activities
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas, administered by a recognized arbitration provider. You waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
Auric may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Auric regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
