15. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

To the extent Auric Apps LLC processes personal data on behalf of a customer subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, Auric acts as a Data Processor and the customer acts as the Data Controller.

Ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations
Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
Assist customers in responding to data subject requests where applicable
Notify customers of confirmed data breaches without undue delay

Subprocessors may include hosting providers, cloud infrastructure services, analytics providers, and payment processors necessary to provide the Services.

16. Limitation of Liability Related to Data
